STATICE Tempering can supply training for:

STATICE Tempering is at your disposal to help you use your equipment.

We are convinced of the quality and robustness of our devices. These come with a 2-year warranty and a 1-year warranty for removable temperature probes. This warranty is valid from the date of delivery and applies to new appliances.

In the event of a breakdown, defect or broken part outside the warranty period, we always provide after-sales service.

Our devices feature highly accurate temperature measurement chains. Each device is factory-calibrated before delivery. Secondly, like all measuring equipment, periodic calibration is essential to guarantee reliable results at all times. This frequency is to be determined by the user (recommended frequency: once a year).

Upon request, STATICE Tempering can advise you and propose you a calibration contract.
