Since 2007, we have been developing and manufacturing advanced equipment for chocolate craftsmen. 

STATICE TEMPERING was born after a meeting between a chocolate technologist: Mister Samuel BIZE, and STATICE: an R&D company founded back in 1978.

The story starts with the development of machines for the pre-crystallization of chocolate by seeding(1) of masses. The range is completed by some measuring devices (viscosity, crystallization rate(2)) in order to check the quality of masses.

Statice Tempering aims to offer chocolate craftsmen solutions to : 

  • Manage and increase the quality of the final product (brightness, crunchiness…)
  • Improve the production performance
  • Make everyday operations easier.

We rely on our R&D department of 30 engineers and confirmed technicians with solid background in the development of innovative machines using the latest high technologies. All our devices are CE marked.
