The SHUKOLATE can be used to test cocoa butter in accordance with UIPAC 2.132. It can be used for quality control on receipt of materials or for production monitoring. The instrument calculates the cooling curve of a sample according to the protocol described in the standard. The integrated software calculates and sends back the analysis results.

The SHUKOLATE allows two samples to be measured simultaneously and can be connected to the DATACOLLECT supervisor via a LAN.
